Climate change protesters are rallying outside the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

A collection of protest groups including Extinction Rebellion members are targeting the Resources Technology Showcase which is being held at the centre today and tomorrow.

Police say they’ll arrest anyone who tries to block public access and have plans in place to protect school children attending the event.

Protester Noemie Huttner-Koros says they won’t stop people from entering the building.
