Police have nabbed a BMW driver on Mitchell Freeway, allegedly using blue and red flashing lights to impersonate police.
Police Inspector Vic Hussey told Mornings with Gareth Parker, the BMW M3 was stopped in Clarkson last night after a tip-off from the public.
