Saturday Night’s Tony McManus spoke to editor of the Broome Advertiser, Jakob Waddell, in the aftermath of a helicopter crash that claimed the life of the pilot and a 12 year old girl. Another adult and child remain in critical condition.

The incident occurred around 2.25pm today when the helicopter reportedly got into trouble shortly after take-off.

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau is investigating the crash.
