Builders may boycott Stirling

Builders and developers may boycott the City of Stirling over a proposed policy which would see permits required to use cement mixers or cut materials on the verge.
Chris had a chat with City of Stiling mayor, Giovanni Italino who said he didn’t personally vote for the policy.
