Children’s Hospital ‘unlikely’ to open by September

WA Health minister Roger Cook has revealed the new Perth Children’s Hospital is ‘unlikely’ to be open by the new deadline of September this year, and may not be cleared for opening until 2018.

Former President of the Australian Medical Association WA, Andrew Miller told Mornings with Gareth Parker, it comes amid a damning report into morale at the ageing Princess Margaret Hospital.

Gareth then got the latest on the Children’s hospital crisis from Health minister Roger Cook.
