Dominate Cats keep Eagles grounded

Adam Papalia

It was a disappointing result for West Coast on Friday night, as the reigning premiers were knocked out of the finals by Geelong in a 20 point lose.

The high stakes clash saw Geelong dominate the first quarter, leaving West Coast to play catch up footy majority of the game. The Eagles managed to mount an exciting comeback in the second & third  quarters, but their momentum was quickly shut down in the fourth as the Cats once again stood dominate to a tired & exhausted West Coast side, with everything seemingly going right for Geelong.

West Coast Eagles coach Adam Simpson joined Karl & Hase to discuss what went wrong for the team & what the team needs to change going into next year.
