Egg-cellent news for your heart
Fry up those eggs this morning. You can eat up to a dozen eggs a week and it doesn’t increase the risk of heart disease like previously thought according to a new study.
“There’s been this misconception that the cholesterol from foods like eggs actually increases the cholesterol in the blood… but what happens is, when you get cholesterol from foods you actually make less in the body,” Dr Nick Fuller from Sydney University and interval weightloss told 6PR Breakfast.
