The family of a Perth girl who suffered brain injuries when she received a massive electric shock at a state housing property, is preparing to sue the WA Government.

Lawyer Stewart Levitt, from Levitt Robinson Solicitors, told Mornings with Gareth Parker he has been instructed to pursue a payout for the ongoing care of 11 year old Denishar Woods.

Mr Levitt also provided an update on Denishar’s condition.
