The time-saving Manning Road on-ramp to the Kwinana Freeway has officially been opened.

The on-ramp at the Canning Highway interchange is expected to reduce rat-runs through the local road network.

6PR reporter Simon Etheridge was on-site to watch the first view vehicles use the ramp and told Gareth Parker on Mornings the Transport Minister Rita Saffioti says it will shave about five minutes off people’s commute.
