Kids over ten can now get flu jab at the chemist
Children will soon have access to flu vaccinations at pharmacies.
Health Minister Roger Cook has instructed the Director General and Chief Medical Officer to extend the flu vaccination reach from eighteen years of age to ten.
On today’s show Oliver Peterson spoke to WA President Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Andrew Ngeow. They discussed WA’s unprecedented amount of flu-related deaths and that it’s worth asking your community pharmacy if they have the vaccine.
