Ring announcer, Michael Buffer, who made the phrase “Let’s Get Ready To Ruuummmmbbbbllllleeee” famous, is in Australia for the Manny Pacquiao Vs Jeff Horn fight.

Buffer, who has just finished kicking off the NBA finals games with his well-known phrase, told Steve and Baz: “[I was] watching a fight on TV with one of my sons and the ring announcer did a pretty poor job and my son said ‘dad, you could do that’ and I figured, I love the game, I love sports. It be great to have a free seat if I could get my foot in the door and that’s what I did,” he said.

“I maybe fudge on a resume to say I had some experience and the first time I did it, I was dreadful,” Buffer added.
