Fremantle forward, Brandon Matera, faces up against his old club this weekend and he says the Sun’s game plan can’t be discounted.

“They’ve played pretty well. Speaking to them throughout the pre season, Dewy’s [coach, Stuart Dew] came in and stamped a plan and they’re obviously playing to that the last two weeks and last week they were pretty impressive,” Matera told 6PR Breakfast.

Matera also said it was interesting to see his old playing ground lit up for the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony last night.
