WA homes are expected to cost $2.48 million by 2043 according to a new report.
The report suggests that if prices keep rising at the same rate of the past 25 years, the median house price would reach the almost unbelivable price.
REIWA President Hayden Groves spoke with 6PR Breakfast about the report.
