Memories of growing up in Mosman Park in the 50’s and 60’s
The 1950’s and early 60’s were a great era to grow up in. There were lots of fellow Baby Boomers to play with, clean air, clear roads to ride your bikes on, footies to kick in the street and the excitement of living in a tv free environment.
In the new book “Fragments of a 50’s Childhood” local author Ron Banks reflects on growing up in Mosman Park, which was then a mostly working class suburb.
