More people caught on their phones at high speed

A new report shows Perth motorists are more likely to be nabbed on their phones on the freeway, than on slower roads.
The study used camera technology from One Task – project manager Alex Mcreadie told Mornings with Gareth Parker, they found endemic levels of phone-use across all the sites they tested.
