Nannup community fund world’s largest wooden clock
The world’s largest wooden clock is currently dismantled in a purpose made shed, just out of the WA country town Nannup.
Clock-maker Kevin Bird built the one of a kind piece – which features a stained glass clock face measuring 2 metres in diameter and is due to be housed in a 13 metre high tower – at his town’s request.
He explained to Chris why the clock and the building were privately funded by community members and how he hopes to put Nannup on the map for tourism!
