City of Perth Commissioner Andrew Hammond says he expects a new council and mayor to be appointed by November.
Council elections have been pushed backed due to a delay in the inquiry into the dysfunction at the City of Perth.
Mr Hammond told Oliver Peterson he’s enjoyed his role of commissioner so far.
