One in three organisations are reluctant to recruit people over fifty
The percentage of Australians aged 65 and over in the workforce actually doubled between 2000 and 2015 and 20 percent of people over the age of 70 are still working. However, new survey research estimates one in three organisations are reluctant to recruit people over the age of 50. Gareth speaks to Workplace Expert Sanjee Perera about the survey’s findings.
