There’s been a significant development in the case of a paedophile, known as ‘DAL’, who was set to be released from prison this week to live with his partner in Geraldton.

The 67-year-old man, who once re-offended while being driven away from prison, was to be released under an eight-year supervision order.

Mornings with Gareth Parker revealed today that ‘DAL’ will no longer be released to the Geraldton community, due to public safety concerns.

Member for Geraldton, Ian Blayney told Mornings with Gareth Parker that his community will be relieved at the news.
