Vacant shops in Fremantle could soon have their rates increased to encourage owners to drop rent prices for potential tenants.
A shop owner from the CBD told 6PR Breakfast about his lease that is locking him in while the plaza he is located in is gutted and other listeners also contributed to the discussion.
