Remarkable new-age rubber breakthrough

Researchers at Flinders University in conjunction with UWA have discovered a new rubber material made from cheap and plentiful industrial waste products that can be completely repaired and returned to its original strength in minutes.

Associate Professor Justin Chalker from the College of Science and Engineering at Flinders University told Gareth Parker on Mornings his team was excited about the potential of the discovery.
