Neighbours of a nine-year-old boy terrorising the local community in Ellenbrook say they are living in fear.

Neighbour Brooke told Gareth Parker she has been punched in the face, had the window of her house smashed and the boy threatened to stamp on the head of her five-year-old son.

Member for Swan Jess Shaw told Mornings she has been working with various departments since October and efforts are in place to support the family and child.
