Police Minister, Michelle Roberts and WA Police Commissioner, Chris Dawson announced the posting of $250,000 dollars in reward money for information on the disappearance of Julie Cutler, 30 years ago.

On Perth Tonight Chris asked former WA Police Commissioner, Karl O’Callaghan whether reward incentives help solve cold cases and if so why?
