Roger Cook says PM playing politics on WA’s track and tracing preparedness

The state’s Health Minister is disappointed the Prime Minister talked down WA’s coronavirus contact tracing program.

Scott Morrison says all states and territories should be looking to New South Wales as an example of how to manage COVID-19 outbreaks.

The Commonwealth wants to see state borders reopened and contact tracing used to curb the spread of the virus.

Roger Cook told Gareth Parker on Mornings WA’s contact tracing team is match-fit but it doesn’t mean we’ll reopen the border.
