Scaffidi saga continues as appeals upheld
Perth Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi says she’ll wait for a fresh State Administrative Tribunal penalty hearing before deciding whether or not she’ll return to her duties with the City of Perth council.
She was given the green light to return to work this morningĀ after the WA Court of Appeals ruled 26 of 45 breaches of the Local Government Act – the Lord Mayor was found to have committed – were not breaches at all.
