Racing Cathy Freeman, getting musical with thongs and pvc pipes, and exploring the laws of gravity… for 30 years, Scitech has been making science fun for Perth children and this week they’re celebrating their milestone birthday.

Scitech CEO, Deb Hancock, says the interactivity is what draws kids to Scitech and increases their interest in science.
“When we’re inspired and when we’re engaged and when we’re actually  passionate about something, that’s when the most powerful learning environment is created,” Ms Hancock told 6PR Breakfast.
