Space agency ready to launch
Australia’s first space agency will be launched in Perth today with Innovation Minister Michaelia Cash and WA is on the radar to house the permanent home.
“It’s good to have our own space agency because it then helps us to produce our own homegrown satellites and tech, research and development… we can actually start being a competitor in the market,” Richard Tonello from the Gravity Discovery Centre Observatory told 6PR Breakfast.
