Stoneville development rejected
A development in the Perth Hills that would have seen 14,000 new dwellings built on Anglican Church land in Stoneville has been rejected by the Western Australian Planning Commission.

Developers, Satterley, have 21 days to appeal the commission’s decision.
Oliver Peterson spoke with Satterley Chief Investment Officer Brendan Gorringe about whether they will appeal the decision.
