Supermarket labels versus brand labels: are we being ripped off?
For some of us, supermarket brand logos like Black&Gold once represented a cheaper and inferior version of the original branded product.
That perception seems to have slowly evolved as the market’s opened to overseas companies like Aldi giving rise to competitive substitute brands.
Is there still a difference between the original and the knock off or is it all in our heads?
