A Perth family is in desperate need of financial support, after being told their toddler doesn’t qualify as disabled, despite being unable to breathe unassisted.

Belinda Honess told Mornings with Gareth Parker, her 23-month-old daughter Heidi-May has a rare condition known as micrognathia, which means her jaw has stopped growing.
