Should we be considering installing thermal cameras to identify potential COVID-19 cases and protect customers in hotels, cafes and restaurants?

 

General Manager Rob Wheedon from the Pan Pacific Hotel says they have already installed two thermal cameras in their lobby in an attempt to mitigate risk.
