The Education Minister says a shakeup of university fees will allow an additional 100,000 places to be created in the next ten years.

Law, Commerce and Arts degrees will be more expensive under the policy, while costs for health, teaching and science degrees will go down.

The Government hopes it pushes students into degrees with better job outcomes.
