Vinyl Is Making A Come Back

As CD sales fall, an unlikely medium is having a resurgence – vinyl. Record store owners are finding people are coming back in droves to re-purchase albums on vinyl; albums they got rid of in the 90’s when they decided to go “digital.”

That’s not all, newer artists are releasing on vinyl as younger generations are now enjoying the good old LP. The stats back this up with the Australian Recording industry Association (ARIA) reporting that sales have increased for the seventh consecutive year.

Today Karl O’Callaghan spoke to the owner of Safari’s Record Shack, John Safari about the new found popularity of wax.
