WA Police preparing for coronavirus arrival

WA Police are making preparations for the possibility of some staff having to work from home if coronavirus spreads further.

The number of confirmed cases nationally has risen to 53 – although there is still no community spread here in WA.

Police Commissioner Chris Dawson has been part of a series of high level meetings in recent weeks – as Government departments work on a coordinated response.

He told Gareth Parker on Mornings there’s no point reacting once the spread has already occurred.
