Why Good Sleep Is So Important

Today on Weekend Breakfast, Michael Genovese and Carmen Braidwood spoke to Edith Cowan University Senior Research Fellow and Neuro Scientist Dr Stephanie Rainey-Smith about sleep.

Dr Rainey-Smith spoke about how poor sleep affects our health. Getting good quality sleep can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases such dementia and Alzheimer’s.
