Police car gets rammed through brick wall of residence
Witnesses to a crash in Kelmscott say it’s lucky no one was seriously hurt after a police vehicle crashed through a brick wall after being accidentally rammed by another car.
The police car ploughed through a brick fence at the intersection of Clenham Way and Grasmere Place just before 8pm on Thursday.
6PR producer Katie Ruska’s parents live close to the crash scene and she told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast the police car was accidentally rammed by a car while trying to pull over another vehicle.

“I was dropping stuff off to my parents and when I pulled up it was just bizarre, there were flashing lights and there was a car through the wall and it was like ‘wait, is that a normal car? No, it’s a police car’ … it was just really bizarre,” she said.
