Police officer found Not Guilty over shooting death in Geraldton
A police officer has been found not guilty of murder over the shooting death of a woman in Geraldton.
The First Class Constable, whose name has been suppressed for legal reasons, had been responding to a call about a 29 year old woman holding a weapon in 2019, when he says she came at him with a knife and scissors.
6PR and Nine News reporter Joshua Dawe told Jo McManus, the Supreme Court jury deliberated for three hours today.
