Pot-growing retired nurse may lose home

Miriam Down is a retired nurse with her son’s best interests at heart, but she could soon face losing her home over ‘a few marijuana plants’.
Miriam grew the plants which she says help treat her son’s mental health issues but under proceeds of crime laws she could potentially lose her Bayswater home because of them.
She spoke with Adam Shand.
