Premier’s electoral Rockingham office shut down due to ‘increasing violent threats’
Premier Mark McGowan’s electoral office in Rockingham has been shut down due to violent threats.
The threats are believed to come from anti-vaccine and anti-mandate groups, and have been made online and in person.
“It got to the point where the Premier can’t guarantee the safety of his staff,” 6PR reporter Mitch Turner told Millsy on 6PR Afternoons.
“Those threats are being made towards him over the past few months especially, but now they are being made towards his staff, and his staffs families.”
