RAC apologises to mother left stranded at Joondalup Hospital
The RAC apologised to a Perth family after a mother and her seven-month-old were left stranded at Joondalup hospital.
6PR listener Steve told Jo McManus a first responder, who attended hospital with her sick child, left her car lights on resulting in a flat battery.
When she called the RAC for assistance she informed them of her covid situation and was told no one would be sent due to her covid positive test.
RAC general manager of external relations Will Golsby says the organisation will look at their processes going forward.
