Residents are up in arms over a state planning decision to approve a $2.1 million extension of the Guildford Hotel which will include use of the old Vaudeville Theatre next door.

Guildford Association Inc. Vice President Barbara Dundas told Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live a lack of parking in the expansion plans will cause issues for the surrounding residential and commercial areas.
