Music legend Nick Mason of Pink Floyd is bringing his supergroup, Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets, to Perth this September.

Initially an invitation-only performance in Camden, London, the supergroup features Spandau Ballet’s Gary Kemp, Pink Floyd bassist Guy Pratt, guitarist Lee Harris and keyboardist Dom Beken.

Mr Mason and Mr Kemp told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR Afternoons what to expect from Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets.

“One of the band thought it would be a great idea to put me back to work,” Mr Mason said.

“And so it was more or less a matter of assembling a band which was done the old way: who do we know that we like that we’d like to go touring with.”
