With more than 400 animals expected through the doors this Christmas, the RSPCA is overflowing with furry creatures to care for.

Ben Cave, RSPCA CEO, explains to 6PR’s Gary Adshead how government funding isn’t nearly enough to cover the costs RSPCA incurs.

“We do all that we can to get animals rehabilitated, and that takes a long time,” he said.
