Gee String rang in to the John Hughes Rumour File on Tuesday relaying the very salacious news that someone was leaving behind pairs of G-strings at a popular cafe in East Vic Park.

The rumour of a ‘Nicker Bandit’ was later confirmed by Sandro, owner of cafe Social Manna, where this X-rated activity was occurring.

“Some people were grossed out but all in all, good banter,” Sandro told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast, confirming the rumour.

“There’s a blind spot in the cafe … there are two tables in a blind spot, and the last two pairs that we found have made their way conveniently in that spot, so they’ve sussed the place out, they’ve sat in, had a look at surveillance, just casually dropped a pair under a chair, had their brunch and gone on their merry way.”
