Rumour confirmed: Two heroes saved a horse that was hundreds of metres out to sea

‘Rumour File‘ has been able to confirm the rumour that two strangers bravely saved a pony that was disorientated and swimming out to sea in Perth’s southern suburbs.
Holly Taylor, a horse trainer, was one of the heroes and told the 6PR Breakfast hosts, Karl and Millsy, that when she noticed the horse from the beach, it was already hundreds of metres from shore.
“On the horizon, I noticed a fishing boat, so I just kept swimming towards it and waving my hands, and luckily he spotted me, probably thought I was drowning myself, and he came and picked me up, and we went and chased the horse down,” she said.
