RUMOUR FILE: Will firefighters be charged for striking?
According to an anonymous letter slipped under the door of the 6PR offices, emergency workers who went on strike on May 25 for better pay and conditions are set to be charged with “the unauthorised wearing of the DFES uniform or personal protective clothing”.
According to the anonymous letter sender, it’s been confirmed that the charges could lead to monetary fines and demotions of rank.
