Just 50 minutes of running a week can lower your risk of death by 27% according to new Australian research.

“Running has quite a few well-established health benefits,” Professor Zeljko Pedisic told 6PR Breakfast.
“It reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, of cancer, type 2 diabetes respiratory disease,” he continued.
