Former Australian cricketer, Ryan Campbell suffered a near fatal cardiac arrest while holidaying in the United Kingdom and one year on, he is urging all Aussie men to stay on top of their health.

Campbell told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live it can happen to anyone.

“If one person can avoid what I went through… then I’ve done my job,” said Campbell.
