Proposed “Same Job Same Pay” legislation to be tabled in federal government aims to get wages moving and strengthen enterprise bargaining.

Chair of the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia Matthew Addison spoke about the potential impacts for businesses with Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live this afternoon.

“We’re seeing a real disincentive to employ, right now we have a lot of uncertainty about the environment,” Mr Addison said.
