TV food presenter and creative genius behind iconic Perth venues, Scott Taylor, has remembered chef and restaurateur Bill Granger as the key reason for the prominence of Australian cuisine across the world.

He says the renowned chef, who passed away in London, deserves all the accolades.

“I think Bill put as much colour and flavour on a plate, and you could taste it in your mouth as much as see it with your eyes,” he told 6PR Afternoons.
